If your keys are inside the vehicle and you are outside, call for roadside lockout assistance. Share the make, model, year, and exact location so dispatch can discuss access and availability.
Tell us about the lockout
Explain whether the keys are inside, in the trunk, or unavailable. Vehicle design affects access, so dispatch needs the make, model, and year. Explain whether you still have access to a spare key.
Have authorization ready
Be prepared to show that you are authorized to access the vehicle. Tell dispatch where the car is parked and about any gate, garage, or property restrictions.
Urgent situations need emergency help
If a child, vulnerable person, or animal is in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately. A standard roadside request should not delay emergency assistance.
